1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Blok Patlat Macera mobile game and blokpatlatmacera.com (together “the game” or “the service”). The service is provided by Talom Studio (Muhammet Talha Sağlam, “we”). Email: info@blokpatlatmacera.com.

By downloading or using the game you accept these terms. How personal data is processed is explained in a separate text, the Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice; that text is for information and is not part of these terms. The terms of the store you downloaded the game from (Google Play or App Store) also apply.

2. Use by children

• If a child plays the game, their parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for the child's use of the game.
• Links that leave the game, sharing and resetting progress sit behind an adult check.

3. What the game does and does not do

• The game has two game modes, levels, trophies and goal-free free play. Game screens use icons, numbers and sound instead of text.
• No account is created. The game can be played without an internet connection; a connection is needed for ads to be shown.
• The game has no purchases, no chat and no contact with other players.

4. Game progress

• Progress is kept on your device; there is no copy on a server of ours. If you delete the app or use Settings ▸ Reset all progress, progress is deleted and we cannot bring it back.
• When you move to a new phone, progress can carry over to a device of the same kind through your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google backup); it does not carry over to a different kind of device (for example from iPhone to Android). The backup is a service of the device maker.
• Stars and trophies earned in the game are in-game rewards; they have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.

5. Price and ads

• The game is completely free and contains no in-app purchases. No screen asks for payment; we collect no payment information.
• All levels and in-game content are open to everyone; none of it is locked behind a payment or an ad.
• The game's only income is advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob between levels, not during play, and are not personalised; watching a rewarded ad is entirely optional. Details: Privacy Policy ▸ Ads.
• The content of ads belongs to the advertisers. If you see an ad you find inappropriate, write to us; we will report it to Google and try to block it.

6. Unacceptable use

You may not use the game to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, sell or redistribute the app except where the law allows;
• manipulate the game with cheats or automation tools;
• generate artificial impressions or clicks on ads;
• pursue any unlawful purpose.

7. Licence and intellectual property

The game is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own devices, valid as long as you comply with these terms. The game's code, graphics, sounds, characters (including Pofu), brand and all content belong to us or our licensors. We may use the suggestions and feedback you send us to improve the game, without any obligation to you.

8. Changes to and end of the game

• We may update the game, add features or remove them to improve it. We take care not to make changes that take away an earned reward.
• If we decide to remove the game from the stores, we will announce it on blokpatlatmacera.com; the game installed on your device may keep working as long as the operating system supports it.
• You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it from your device. Your right of use ends automatically if you use the game in breach of these terms.

9. Liability

• We provide the game with care; but, to the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will work without errors or interruption.
• We are not liable for game progress lost for reasons beyond our control, such as device failure, an operating-system update or a phone backup that does not work.
• Advertisers are responsible for the products, services and sites promoted in ads.
• Nothing in this section limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Additional terms for Apple and Google

• These terms are between you and us; Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the game or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; as the game is free, there is no price to refund. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Claims relating to the game (such as product liability, regulatory compliance or consumer protection) are addressed to us, not Apple. We are also responsible for investigating claims that the game infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms; once you accept them, they have the right to enforce them against you.
• If you downloaded the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. As a consumer, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you made the transaction; for disputes above those limits, to mediation as provided by law and to consumer courts. If you write to us first, we will try to solve the problem together.

12. Changes to the terms

If these terms need to change, we publish the current text on this page with its date. We announce material changes on this page at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not accept them you can delete the game, and the terms you accepted until then remain in force. Changes required by law or for security may take effect sooner.

13. Other provisions

• Severability: If a provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force.
• Assignment: We may transfer the game and our rights and obligations under these terms to a company we set up or to another person who takes over the game. We will announce the transfer in advance; your rights under these terms are not reduced by it.
