If you move to a phone of the same kind, yes, through the phone's own backup: iCloud backup on iPhone or Google backup on Android must be on, and the new phone must be set up from that backup. When the game is downloaded again, levels, stars and trophies are where you left them.

Progress does not carry over from iPhone to Android or the other way round. As there is no account and progress is not kept on a server of ours, we cannot move it either.

Settings ▸ Reset all progress. After the adult check, all levels, stars, trophies and statistics are deleted from this device; sound and language preferences stay. This cannot be undone.

Never during play. The first levels and the first launch are completely ad-free; after that, an ad may be shown every few levels when going back to the map after a level. A small banner sits on the map and collection screens. Watching a rewarded ad is entirely optional; no level is locked behind an ad.

Ads are not personalised. There is no option to remove ads; the game is completely free.

Write to us; describing what the ad showed and roughly when it appeared is enough. We will report it to Google and try to block it.
